How We Handle Your Information

Guiding Principles Tool

What we collect. When you use our Guiding Principles tool, we collect your name and email address, the guiding principles you submit (including any revised versions), and — only if you choose to provide them — your gender, age range, and education level.

Why we collect it. We use your name and email to provide your feedback, to email you a copy of your principles if you request it, and to follow up later about how your principles are working for you. We use the optional gender, age, and education information only in aggregated, anonymized form to understand general patterns (for example, which themes are most common). We do not sell your information.

Service providers. To run this tool we use trusted third-party services: OpenAI (whose AI generates your feedback), Marketcircle Daylite (our customer database), and automation and storage tools used to move and hold this information securely. These providers process your information on our behalf.

How long we keep it. We keep your information for as long as needed to support you, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices. The demographic fields are optional. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing keith@veraspark.com. We will respond promptly.
